Welcome Letter from the Superintendent
On behalf of the Quitman School District Board of Trustees and myself, I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to our district’s website. I hope you will find resources here to help you become more involved with the mission of QSD or to answer questions that you might have. The Quitman School District Website has been designed to provide a means of informing our school community of important information regarding our schools and district. Technology continues to be a positive means of effective communication.
Recognizing that today’s children are tomorrow’s leaders, we must remember that our community’s greatest resource is our children. Please resolve to involve yourself in the life of a child. It’s the best investment of time you will ever make. We are proud of the rich tradition of our school district that continues to seek ways to better meet the needs of all our children. You are encouraged to be an active participant in the educational process. Together we can continue the direction of educating our children for a successful future in a technological and complex global society.
