Board Meeting Information
All Board meetings are public.
Regular board meetings are held on the second Monday of every month in the QSD Board Room located at 104 East Franklin Street, Quitman, MS, at 6:30 p.m. If a change is made in time and/or location, it will be posted a week in advance in the central office.
In order to make a presentation before the Board, an individual must first be placed on the agenda. To do this, they must submit a "agenda request form" no later than 12 Noon the last working Friday preceding the regular meeting the person or group wishes to attend or it will be held until the next regular meeting of the Board. This form can be obtained from the superintendent's secretary.

- July 16, 2012 (board approved to re-schedule from July 9th)
- August 13, 2012 (Due to the cancellation of the accreditation hearing, this meeting has been re-scheduled (board approved on July 16th) back to August 13th from August 20th.)

- December 10 2012
- January 14, 2013
- February 11, 2013
- March 11, 2013 (the date of this meeting will change at a later date)

Special meetings can be called any time at the discretion of the Board president. These meetings will be posted in advance in the district central office.
