Last Friday Alexander Price walked into the Quitman Lower Elementary art room with his classmates, a plan, and supplies. His assignment in his Teacher Academy class was to “provide an experience in planning and teaching preschool theme based learning activities in art.” Price chose earth and sky as the theme to the art lesson he planned for the thirteen four year olds who would soon enter the room.
