2025 is a great year for the QHS Powerlifting teams! Both the Lady Panther and Panther Powerlifting Teams won South State! The Lady Panther Powerlifting team won district for the fifth time in a row, and they also won South State for the second time in a row! The Panther Powerlifting team won District Region 3, and South State. Both teams will go on to the State Championship at the end of March.
