Federal dollars are used to supplement the educational services offered by school districts. Federal dollars at Quitman School District are used to increase and improve parental involvement, hire additional teachers, enhance technology, and to provide professional training opportunities for staff. Parents are welcome to visit the Parent Resource Center located at Quitman Upper Elementary. The center is open from 7:30 – 3:30 each school day and provides resources regarding parenting skills, learning disabilities, and educational learning materials.
