Substitutes have the chance to inspire students every day. Great substitute teaching opportunities at Quitman School District are available through our partner, Kelly Education. You don’t need prior teaching experience­—just a desire to help students become the best versions of themselves.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have at least a HS diploma/GED
  • Completion of online substitute training
  • Completion of mandatory employment orientation for substituting with Kelly Education
  • Must be at least 18 of age-21 years of age for HS
  • Fingerprint-based background clearance

Other Information:

  • Instructional: $80-$95.00per day
  • Non-Instructional: $9.00-$10.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 10-40 hours per week
  • Applicant must have a valid email address
  • Work Location: In Person
